For the first time in three years, the Miami Dolphins defeated their longtime rivals, the Buffalo Bills. The Dolphins won 30 to 13 on Nov. 9, breaking their seven-game losing streak and giving fans a long-awaited victory.
The rivalry between the Dolphins and Bills has always been one of the fiercest in the AFC East. In recent seasons, the Bills have dominated, leaving the Dolphins just short of a win in several close games. This time, Miami came out strong on both sides of the ball. Running back De’Von Achane rushed for more than 170 yards and scored two touchdowns, while quarterback Tua Tagovailoa led the offense calmly and with control. The defense also played hard, forcing key turnovers and stopping the Bill’s offense while putting pressure on their quarterback, Josh Allen, when it mattered most.
For Dolphins fans, this win meant more than just another victory; it showed that their team can finally stand toe-to-toe with one of the league’s best.
