Sam Pepper’s official exile

Following strong accusations, viral videos and the claims of multiple women, popular Youtube star Sam Pepper’s sexual assault escapades are coming to light. The Youtube and Vine community have officially denied Pepper’s white flag attempts.

The British teen heartthrob got his big break in 2011 by making trite “prank” videos and posting them on social media networks such as Youtube, Twitter and Snapchat. Recently, these seemingly harmless practical jokes escalated to pinching and groping women’s butts and even kissing random strangers; which he declared “social experiments.”

His boyish looks and lighthearted personality soon rose him through the ranks of teenage infatuation, and led to featured appearances at famous media festivals such as DigiTour, VidCon and Playlist Live – where favored bloggers gather to collaborate on special projects and meet as many fans as possible.

Within the last month, women all over the US and the UK have surfaced with their stories to  make Pepper’s undisclosed lifestyle apparent to the general public. The claims range from playful inappropriate touching to even rape.

The most sought after accusation begun with an anonymous 18 year old female from Los Angeles, California. She posted a 15 minute video on Youtube titled “Sam Pepper Doesn’t Understand The Word No;” in which she recounted her experience with Sam Pepper forcing her into non-consensual sex.

She was a waitress at a popular LA cafe, where Pepper and his friends hung out; later he begun making casual advances on her which she rejected. These later led to him giving her a seemingly innocent ride home but with a small detour at his apartment in LA.

Pepper insisted she stayed the night with him following the attack, but she managed to sneak out in the middle of the night. He tweeted, mere minutes after she left the apartment, regarding compromises being between two people; clearly a direct nod toward the victim.

The anonymous female claims to have a registered rape kit from the night of the event and textual proof regarding their conversations prior to the attack. Police followed up with these allegations and are currently investigating the situation.

As of now, Sam Pepper suffers punishment through a ban from all media festivals, as well as a shunning by other popular Youtubers such as Tyler Oakely and Hank Green. Pepper has also remained absent from the Twitter world following the events.
