Miami Beach, known for its liveliness and spectacular food, has recently experienced an influx of new, modern restaurants.

Osteria Morini:

This fine-dining experience offers customers a variety of Italian flavors, with dishes ranging from a delicious Cappelletti to a flavorful Pollo Al Forno. Located in many places, one can enjoy this restaurant in New York City, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Long Island and now, of course, Miami Beach.

One of Osteria’s chefs, Chef White, shipped components from an 18th century Italian farmhouse to create the unique decor for the first location in New York. The semi-open kitchen lets guests watch meal preparation unfold. Executive Chef Bill Dorrler oversees the kitchen operations at Osteria Morini, led daily by Chef di Cucina Gerardo Fernandez.

AMG Beverage Director Hristo Zisovski curated Osteria Morini’s wine list, which includes wines native to this part of Italy.

Morini has been selected for a multitude of awards, including Thrillist’s “The 25 Best Italian Restaurants in Miami,” two Eater awards, Zagat’s “New York City’s Best 100 Restaurants” and many more.

Carbone:
Founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick, Carbone is a luxurious Italian restaurant that recently opened in Miami Beach. With other locations in New York, Hong Kong and Las Vegas, this restaurant is Michelin-starred, winning the title numerous times.

Along with Carbone’s top ratings, they have also received several other awards and attracted much press from publications like Thrillist, Eater and New York Times.

Carbone, known for its flavorful foods, has a very diverse menu, with courses such as octopus pizzaiolo, lobster ravioli, whole branzino and ribeye diana. To enjoy with ones’ meal, Carbone also offers an assortment of beverages for one to enjoy, including several different cocktails, beers, sparkling drinks and white, pink and red wines.

Along with Osteria Morini and Carbone, Miami Beach has recently become home to Kush by Stephen’s, Hiyakawa Miami, Uchi, Freehold and many more new and upcoming restaurants.
